Ordering a taxi has never been so easy!
- Launch the “Hermes Taxi” program.
- Determine your location (click the circle with an arrow inside) and after the system finds the delivery address of the car, click “GO TO PLACE YOUR ORDER”
- Click “CALL A TAXI”
And that’s it! The application will automatically detect your location, and this order will instantly be seen by all available drivers nearby.
The car delivery time is from 3 minutes (depending on the congestion in the area where the car is delivered).
If you wish, when ordering you can “ADD DESTINATION” and see the cost of your trip.
If you want to make a PRE-ORDER, then by clicking on “SUPPLY TIME”, you can select the date and time for delivery of the car.
By clicking on “ADD ORDER OPTIONS” you can choose:
- with air conditioning;
- pets allowed;
- towing a car (availability of a cable);
- light the battery (wires present);
- possibility of payment by LPR bank card;
- possibility of payment by card of a Russian bank;
- the ability to pay using a Ukrainian bank card;
- empty trunk;
- non-smoking salon;
- Wi-Fi distribution during the trip;
- presence of an AUX cord (you can listen to your music while traveling).
After selecting any option, the order will be given to the car that has it.
You can also select the type of car:
- STANDARD (passenger car),
- COMFORT (luxury car),
- UNIVERSAL (car with increased trunk capacity),
- SUV (off-road vehicle).
Attention! Selecting a vehicle type or option may increase vehicle delivery times.
After placing an order, you have access to:
- complete information about the car and the preliminary cost,
- the taxi route is displayed on the map on your phone,
- at the end of the trip, the application will offer to rate the quality of service, so that in the future you will only have positive impressions from the trip!
